Forum casting tuition

Post by Weaver on Tue Sep 29, 2009 11:52 am

So with the cod season upon us I gues thoughts move to getting some distance. Well the cod aren't always at 200yds, but a smooth efficient casting style will certainly be a good start.

So Colin has generously offered his time to our members again. He will be in the cogden area for a week from the 10th to the 17 October. He has suggested a good date for a group session would be Friday 16th. I guess we will be looking at an early evening session. I personally can't make this date as its my sons birthday but may try and meet up with colin during the week.

So if anyone wants some help with casting register your interest here. If Colin could confirm the date and times that would be great.

Okay guys Friday the 16th is fine I will liase with richard about time and plaice!! and weather.

As you know I dont charge for my tution however the England Junior fishing squad is in need of funds, there has already been a match fished in the bournemouth area to raise funds for our junior anglers.

Can I suggest that a small donation into their funds would help them. This can be collected by sally on the day(and god forbid anybody who refuses!!!!) and i will make sure DBY gets it.

Rather than put my mobile number on line anybody fishing chesil the week
of the 10th and wants to make contact then richard has my number.

Thanks Colin, sounds like a plan. Again, I'd strongly recommend anyone who can make it taking colin up on this offer. The improvement you get for a few minutes help is amazing.
