Looks like we are caught between changing weather systems on Saturday so the forecast keeps changing. I'll take a look tomorrow but I reckon we are OK, just don't expect record breaking distances!

Yes, not sure where your forecast is coming from Bassbandit? I've been down to westbay at lunch today and the sea was flat with just a gentle breeze.

Lets confirm we will meet on the beach at 12pm tomorrow. If the wind picks up tomorrow morning I will take another look at post a message on here. Check out this thread before you set off. I should put something up by 10pm.

See you all tomorrow.

Ah, yes, gotcha. A bit breezy but I think it is still worth going. If it is too gusty when we first get there we can hold off on the casting tuition until the calmer weather moves through.

Just been out and had a look at the sea (our end) strong wind off shore which means onshore at chesil, sorry were going to pass on this one as long way to come when conditions not the best. Best of luck if you go and catch some red spots.

Just been down to westbay and it is just a breeze blowing parallel to the beach. Slight chop to the sea but it looks suprisingly clear. I should be down there around 11.30am. Been a few rays caught apparently but no reports of plaice.

See you down there if you can make it.
