That's nada...freelined mackerel would soon sort the fish out...obviously a lot of food there judging by the birds working the water....the one at 15 seconds in on the left hand side looks like it's just been launched!!

In all seriousness the only way to fish that would be in a helicopter...but you can bet the bass are only 50 yards out!! Cool

Blimey! I remember when I was little (YEEEEEEARS ago) when we lived at Bude, Cornwall, and there was some kind of hurricane or something. Me and my bruv went down to Crooklets and the sea was washing nearly into the carpark. There was white foam everywhere, like it was snowing, and I remember grabbing onto the railings as the wind swept me off my feet and kept me in the air! AAAAAHHHH! The power in the waves was unbelievable!

By the way, what's freelining, please? confused

Bait on a hook ...no weight or float..just let it drift or if your using a livebait..swim free on the line...hence free lining!!.

Thank you. Smile Have always wanted to know for sure. Thought it was if you maybe just let it drag out the back of the boat as you move, but nobody mentioned boats... Rolling Eyes
