ive just read thread and for once im lost for words to be honest im not ashamed but me and the wife sat here reading this thread and we both got tears in our eyes ok worst im sat here crying , what you guys have done for lucy over this past year is unbeliable . if it wasent for worzel getting me into sea fishing after my accident breaking my leg in 2 places playing football lucy wouldent be fishing now . just to see her doing something ide never think she do is just so special to me .i feel bad when i go fishing and leave lucy at home . for example this week we fished at seatown lucy asked if she could come i had to say no what with winds would been a little dangerous as me and worzel both found out both got a soaking turning our backs to the waves so i decided she couldent come . we left seatown around 12-30am and got back into yeovil after 1-00am i droped worzel off and as comming along my road i just said to 1rodbri i bet lucy will be awake she fights it to stay awake till i come home . i walked in the front door and who was comming down the stairs was lucy first words were did you catch anything dad i told her what was caught gave her a kiss then she went to bed 5 mins she was asleep . also want to say a big thanks to all you guys here for helping lucy when met either at the pier or on the beach . but again just big thanks to worzel and 1rodbri just for being there and looking after lucy when were together fishing and a really big thankyou has to go to ian houlton lucy now sleeps dreams ian houlton the time he has giving lucy has been a big help not just coaching her but having lucy at his place and showing her how rigs work and the knowledge of sea fishing .

people say kids with ceryble paisley struggle yeah lucy dose but for once in her life she has found something she loves doing best and thats fishing

honestly guys i cannot believe this is happening this week first i fished seatown with great bunch lads , then was asked to become a moderator i was so honoured rich asked me , then my 10/10 in quiz now just to see lucy being voted for . and the proudest bit was actually having lucy here with us today as we nearly lost her and her sister at birth its a long story thats how lucy has her problems but this week she finished primary school now going on to comp school we had the papers contact us wanted to do an article on lucy and her sister . wife wanted me to put it up for you guys to see .
