Set my self a target this year to hit 200 meters and today was the day I did it :-) had 2 new PB'S today and I'm over the moon :-) new pb now stands at 205.30 meters on the. 150 g lead. My new target is. 210 and will keep going till I properly hit a wall.
I couldn't of done it with out the help from Shane and the boys at weymouth casting top lads and have helped me a lot :-)

Yeah that left arm pull in the boat helped a treat lol the 3 hours sleep helped is well thought I would of been ko'ed today but felt good

Well done Sam, that's a huge distance to 95% of shore anglers. Looked good on the video posted by mart Sadler on the tother site as well.

Thanks Martin well over the moon I was :-) now for the new target and to keep it over the 200. The hard work I've done has paid off now it's time to step it up even more now the every harder work starts :-).
