Lads its a 3lb plus pollack not 23lbs!!!i was fishing on my own.sorry to have caused so much negativity will think twice! before bothering to post again, i will make sure i have a witness,put in a report,and take a picture i always thought MY word was good enough but obviously its not.

Don't think your word is doubted mate..just a hint for a catch report!!...pics and witnesses ain't always a possible but tappin keys is!...and I ain't havin a go just saying it as you seem upset by the other posts!!

Shame this thread went a bit sour. I've met Rob a few times and know he's not that into putting up catch reports, although his boat trip ones have always been good reads. I know jfbee and deanno didn't mean to cause offense or they wouldn't have apologised, just the way the written word can sometimes come across in the wrong way.

As for the record, I know we prefer to have photos and if possible some corroboration but as this species hasn't had a record put forward I'm happy to add it this time. But we all need to remember it always looks better with a picture as we all like a bit of fish porn Laughing

I'll update the record once I have sorted out the editing problem I'm having at the moment.

There are doubles caught from warbarrow if you target them in the winter.....

Biggest ive had was 6lb but that was a lllllllooooonnng time ago...
Whole squid at range or for the bass heads amongst us ive had 8 in 1 sesh from 2 1/2 ---8 1/2. i do like it down there but now the ranges are shut for 9 at night till 6am, due to people having raves in the carpark...
