flounder.. baked and breaded....

Post by ArronBarclay on Mon Jan 10, 2011 9:24 pm

just had a play around with some flounder and came up with this little number...

baked breaded flounder fillets with hand cut paprika chips...... spot on..

filleted and skinned flounder fillets covered in olive oil and covered in bread crums. add some finely chopped garlic some tarragon and some corriander on the top. 10 mins at 190 degrees.

cut a few spuds into rough chip size, boil for twenty mins. drain add a few tea spoons of oil toss and then place on baking tray sprinkle on paprika bake for around 20 mins at 200 degrees.....

enjoy.
