looks a lot better than yesterday, but you can look a lot higher. try looking at the sky above the hill

Re: more from today.
something i always do when looking at videos is pause them, then press play and pause again really quickly so you can see each frame......
First video around 23sec and second vid around 34sec you can clearly see that you are cutting the cast short and coming over the top of your shoulder, this is basically happening because you are rushing the whole cast. slow it all down a llittle more and really wait until your left hand is round much further before you go for the hit................
Only my opinion, would be interested to hear yours Colin???

Re: more from today.
Hi guys the problem with all this advise is you end up very confused!!!
However I agree with Shane about cutting the corner of the cast and coming over the top . Yes the cast is much better speed wise but can be done still much slower.
Although video is good it does give you a false impression of the cast . I think your right hand is drifting back on the inswing therefore as you turn it's in the wrong position and leaves your arms to close to your body hence it forces you over the top rather than round the side. Most of this can be cured by head position like most sports head position is vital. The head rules! If you get your head round early in the cast look up then the arms rise without any thought and gets you on the right plain.
Perhaps we can get together at the casting meet so I can show you .

No No No, you need to at least let me catch you up first before you get any help
Head position is something i always forget about too!! it's definitely noticeable when i concentrate on getting it around and looking up
