no expert but i would lower the tip on the swing out, try and get the lead to come higher than the tip, then on the back swing keep your top hand at shoulder level, allowing the lead to come right up to about 60 degrees and then when turning try to keep top arm straight, should find yourself in the javlin position. at the mo it looks like your cutting the corner from the cast, the rod tip isnt coming round its coming through quite straight, causeing the rod to snake out slightly..... this could be all wrong mind you, as jfbee said come to casting sort you right out boyo..

you are right arron, most of what you said is wrong.
best bet chris is to give crackoffcolin a pm and ask him to have a look(hes a casting instructor and pretty good)
