Sherborne Castle

Post by Bagger on Sun May 29, 2011 8:52 pm

Has anyone ever fished in the lake here, or fish it at the moment?

I've just been sorting out my shed and came across all my old coarse fishing gear and it just reminded me of bagging up on bream and tench at Sherborne lake.

I used to be a member probably 12 years ago and it used to be great but gave up my membership due to work etc. Would probably rejoin if they still allow it.

Cheers,
Howard.

yeah my mates fish it at the moment, you pretty much have to be asked and approved by other members who fish it. cheap if you can get on there loads of bream and tench they have hade bream to over 10lbb and tench just under, there is also a small head of monster carp in there.
