This one i had to stop from going into the far hedge line.
Still needs work but getting better i think??

i'm impressed with the idea of looking down the field, hitting the cast and then looking up. i'm sure your supposed to look up before the hit, not after

try getting your left hand up and out before the snap.

Blimey that's a bit quick try casting half that speed

Generally speaking, if you get your head round and up as Rich says then your left hand should follow suit and come round at about head height ready for you to whack it like a ginger step child !!!

Its looking better John,But as has already been said
try slowing down and head on target before hitting it!

il try and get litchy to up load some of my casting then you'l all have a giggle, especially when i nearly killed him with a crack off..... think his pukka winced a fair bit on that one.....
