Broadlands Empty Broadlands

Post by stringer Sun Aug 28, 2011 11:04 am

Won a club match on the match (snake) lake yesterday.Very Happy To be fair there were only 7 of us. Had 10 carp and some bream for 61lb on pole & pellet, great fun but knackering in the cross wind. Rather be down at Chesil though, & we're coming down next weekend cheers (at last)! Guess we'll be targeting the sole from the look of it but maybe all trawelled up by then? Any advice on how we should tackle it? We'll be at Abbotsbury Old Coastguards Sat & Sun night so hope to meet some forum members.

Nice one, I haven't made it out this year on the freshwater, but hoping to at some point?

There is a social meet next weekend as well?
