Clump Hill Farm 17/07/2012
a pleasant day by the lake, started OK with a Bream about 1 1/2lb, then went quiet waited ages for a fish despite several good bites and eventually found a couple of small roach, getting short of bait and thinking about packing in I decided to have a last minute drop in the margins by the lily pads and freelined a bit of spam right on the edge of the pads, got a nice pull down and a good fight from a common carp about 5 1/2lb. that was the end of the fishing but a cracking day to be out
