casting today 17/6/12

well what a bad day casting for some and a very good day for others

congratulations to Litchy and Dizzy for a couple of very good PB's

standby Arron as they are hot on your heels

i think i'm getting too old for the casting game and should stick to fishing

yeah got a text from diz saying he hit 200 and a call from litch saying just under....

ive had a nice day typing up quotes and emailing.....

thats a good day spent then as it could mean work

yeah been to busy to do it during the week so had to get it done today really

Dizzy did say he was going to whoop my ass casting, but he was woefully short of that mark today

dont think you got to much to worry about from most of us on here

Will put the vids up later, even got my 200 on film, and litchy has beat he's pb twice since u left rich.

I finished the day on 203m so I'm over the moon. Good to see John going over 240m not bad for someone who was hitting 75m at Christmas, although it does help to be built like a brick sh1t house goes to show what a bit of practice can do.

Big news of a cast 291m at steyning

John is defo one to watch.
as you say he's pretty strong and i think he is out practising every week.

Is 318yards the longest cast on record?

longest ever recorded cast i believe.

it must be so worrying not being able to get past 240m rich, i realy dont know how id cope with that

last year i got to 247m, so i seem to be going backwards.

i know what you mean ive been going backwards for years and im not even 99 yet. hopefully its just a blip
