caught a few pollack ,all over 30cms ,on feathers from the shore.just put them in my new smoker,birthday pressie,delicious.cant beat flaky smoked fish.yum yum.

tiger prawns are nxt .did you just put them in the smoker as they are.

Hi mate, raw tigers put I salt for an hour or so then wash off and hot smoke em, won't take long at all. If you can't hot smoke then cook em and then smoke shelled for a short time and taste test. You can add a bit of alcohol to the salt if you like it changes the flavour a bit
