What a brilliant idea for this recipe section but can I put out an appeal for anyone posting a recipe for Bass or Bream not to refer to them as Sea Bass or Sea Bream. These are terms that have come from the USA where they have freshwater versions (and our native Bream). They are beautiful bass or beautiful bream - nothing else!
